Do you offer pickup and drop-off?
Yes. For dealerships in Hamilton CBD, Frankton, Te Rapa, Chartwell, Rototuna, and Hamilton East we collect batches of 3 or more vehicles at no extra cost. Outside those suburbs we can arrange logistics for a small per-trip fee. Most dealer accounts use a Tuesday or Thursday pickup window.
What is the minimum volume for dealer pricing?
Dealer pricing kicks in from 5 vehicles per month. We have additional discounts at 10, 25, and 50+ vehicles. Below 5 vehicles you still get standard pricing, just without the per-vehicle tier discount.
How quickly can you turn around a trade-in?
Most Basic Grooming trade-ins (interior vacuum, full exterior wash, windows, tyres, dashboard) are ready within 24 hours. Full Grooming for premium stock takes 24-48 hours. Ultimate Detailing and ceramic packages take 2-3 days. We schedule around your stock turnover.
Do you handle sale prep for new stock arrivals?
Yes. New stock prep is one of our core services. We routinely handle transit dust removal, factory plastic and adhesive cleanup, undercarriage rinse, full presentation polish, and tyre dressing so the car is photo-ready and floor-ready the same day.
Can you do ceramic coating on dealer stock?
Yes. We offer ceramic coating as an upsell package your sales team can include in the buyer agreement. Typical wholesale ceramic adds a 4-6 hour turnaround. Common upsell margin for the dealer is 30-50% on top of our wholesale rate.
What about repossession or auction stock?
We handle the full spectrum, from clean trade-ins through to neglected repos that need a deep deodorise, full upholstery shampoo, and paint correction. The Extreme Reconditioning tier exists for exactly this. We will quote per vehicle for anything outside the standard tier definitions.
Can you match the quality across an entire lot consistently?
Yes, that is the main reason dealerships move to us from ad-hoc mobile groomers. Same studio, same trained team, same checklist per tier. Every vehicle gets the same standard regardless of staffing on a given day.
How does monthly billing work?
Set up an account with us, agree on standard tier pricing, then for each vehicle we log the rego, tier serviced, and date. End of month you receive a single PDF invoice itemised by vehicle. Payment terms are 20th of the following month for established accounts.
Do you work with franchise dealers and independent yards?
Both. Around 60% of our dealer customers are independent used car yards across Hamilton and the wider Waikato. The other 40% are franchise dealers using us for overflow capacity, trade-in cleans, or specific premium-stock detailing their in-house team does not cover.
