Yes, this is one of our most-requested services. Pre-handover deep cleans include full interior reconditioning, paint correction on minor swirls and scratches, watermark removal, and a presentation groom that puts the car back into 'as-new' cosmetic condition. The goal is simple: leave the lease company nothing to charge you for.
How much does a typical lease handover deep clean cost?
Most lease handover packages sit between $249 and $499 per vehicle depending on condition. Ultimate Detailing at $249 covers the standard handover. Extreme Reconditioning at $499 is for vehicles that have had a hard life. Either tier typically avoids $1,500 to $4,000 in lease end charges.
Can you come to our site?
We operate from a fixed studio at 281 Kahikatea Drive in Frankton. For larger fleets in Hamilton we offer free pickup and drop-off for batches of 3 or more vehicles. This usually works better than mobile grooming because results are consistent and we have professional gear and lighting on hand.
How does invoicing work for a fleet account?
Set up a monthly account with us. Each vehicle is logged at service time with rego, service tier, and date. You receive one consolidated PDF invoice at month end. Payment terms for established accounts are 20th of the following month. We can also break invoicing out by cost centre or department if needed.
What scheduling options do you offer?
Weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or on-demand. Most pool fleets run a fortnightly rotation. Tradies utes and courier vans usually go weekly. Lease cars get a monthly maintenance clean plus a deep clean at handover. We slot you into a recurring window so your operations team can plan around it.
Do you handle EV and hybrid fleets?
Yes. All our processes and products are safe for EV and hybrid vehicles, including high-voltage systems. We commonly groom Tesla, Polestar, BYD, and the hybrid Toyota lineup running in Hamilton fleets. No surcharge for EVs.
What about courier vans and signwritten vehicles?
